Julian Nagelsmann's agent has revealed that the Germany manager's future will be settled within the next week amid heavyweight interest ahead of the summer. have been linked as uncertainty over status looms, and Volker Struth has confirmed that he hasn't only held discussions with .

Nagelsmann is preparing to guide Germany into the European Championships on home turf this summer after replacing Hansi Flick in September 2023.

Months earlier, Bayern sacked him after less than two years in charge, appointing Thomas Tuchel as his successor at the Allianz Arena.

However, Tuchel will leave the Bavarian giants at the end of the season due to a disastrous Bundesliga campaign, despite progressing into the Champions League semi-finals by dumping out Arsenal.

And Nagelsmann is reportedly the frontrunner to return to the dugout for a second spell after he oversees Germany's Euro 2024 campaign.

United have also been credited as suitors for the 36-year-old's services, with Ten Hag at risk of the chop following an underwhelming second season at Old Trafford.

"Nagelsmann's future will be decided in the next five, six, seven days," Struth explained this week.

"It would be utter nonsense to say that we are not talking to interested parties without wanting to say who they are. All I can say is that it is not only Bayern Munich."

Earlier this month, SPORT1 that Nagelsmann had been approached by an unnamed Premier League club and had received an offer.

Last year, Sky Sports reported that the former Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig boss viewed England as his next destination after his Bayern sack.

That was before he accepted the Germany job, though, and Tuchel's short-lived reign may have changed the picture, especially if Bayern admitted they made a mistake by dismissing him too early.

Nagelsmann won 60 of his 84 matches in charge in Bavaria, continuing the club's reign of dominance by lifting the Bundesliga title in 2022.

Tuchel finished the job last season and lifted an 11th consecutive title, but he has overseen a failure to continue the streak this term, surrendering to Xabi Alonso's unbeaten Bayer Leverkusen.

Nagelsmann looks set to be in the driver's seat to resume his tenure at Bayern ahead of a significant 2024/25 season. But it should be confirmed whether he is Premier League-bound before the month is out.
