Louis van Gaal caught on camera making VERY naughty comment to his embarrassed wife

The Netherlands defeated Senegal 2-0 in their World Cup opener on Monday.

Netherlands icon Ruud Gullit famously coined the term “sexy football” during the 1990s. And current Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal clearly appeared to be turned on during Tuesday’s training as he was caught on camera inviting his wife to his hotel room “to get laid.” Van Gaal led his side to a 2-0 victory over Senegal in their World Cup opener on Monday night before the team returned to the training pitch a day later.

The Netherlands qualified for the Qatar World Cup after finishing top of their qualifying group ahead of Turkey and Erling Haaland’s Norway. But the team were frustrated for long parts of their clash with Senegal as they struggled to find a route to goal.

The Dutch eventually broke down the current Africa Cup of Nations champions when they opened the scoring in the 84th minute courtesy of a header from Manchester United and Arsenal target Cody Gakpo. And they sealed the win nine minutes into stoppage time at the end of the match as Davy Klaassen bundled in a rebound after Memphis Depay's shot had been palmed away.

The result put the Netherlands joint-top of Group A alongside Ecuador, who defeated hosts Qatar on Sunday. And Van Gaal appeared to be in the mood to celebrate in style on Tuesday.

The former Manchester United boss took a few minutes out of training to chat to his wife at the side of the pitch. And he said to her: “But you can come to the hotel. Just to my room. To get laid.” Dutch publication De Telegraaf caught the encounter on camera as Van Gaal burst into a fit of laughter after his naughty comment, while his wife turned away in embarrassment.

The Netherlands are among the favourites to lift the World Cup trophy and could face England or Wales in the last 16 if they progress to the knockout stages. And Van Gaal has admitted he was happy with his team’s performance against Senegal, despite the fact they left it late to claim the three points.

“Was it an efficient victory?” the 71-year-old said. “Of course it was. Listen to me, we played with poor ball possession in the first half but nonetheless we created five chances.

“It was more balanced in the second half. We created one chance and scored twice and, to be honest, I was calm. I always had the feeling we would score. So it was well deserved, although we were shoddy in possession.”
