When discussing Kepa's performance as a whole against Palace, Lampard went on to praise his No. 1.
He added: "He’s big for us. He’s huge. That can be big for him.
"Confidence is huge when you’re in that individual position. He and his team-mates should be boosted by that.
"Top teams need goalkeepers making big saves at big times and he did that today."
A lot was made of Zaha's strike and whether Arrizabalaga was at fault, with ex-Chelsea ace Ashley Cole defending the Blues stopper.
"I think whenever a ball goes near enough in the middle of the goal then there will be criticism," he said on Sky Sports.

"It sits up as well which I think helps him get even more power. He gets it out of his feet, takes a touch there and hits it like a rocket. Kepa doesn't get anywhere near it.
"I know he's not the biggest keeper in the world but it just sits up there and he hits it so pure and he couldn't get anywhere near it.
"I think the modern ball now moves so fast, it makes it so difficult for keepers. Because a lot of people don't rate him I think that's maybe why he should have saved it.
"But you've got to give credit to the strike, it's pure, it's beautiful."
