Thomas Partey has been advised not to join Arsenal in the summer as he won't get to play in the Champions League next season. Arsenal have endured a turbulent campaign that has seen them slump to seventh place in the Premier League table, which means they will most likely miss out on the top four.

“I will not advise him to move to Arsenal right now because he is a Champions League player and with the look of the Arsenal team right now, they are not ready with the kind of players they have and some are going to move.
“They are playing very well but you can see the inexperience hurting them and with the way the Premier League is going right now, it is going to be really tough.
"If he wants to move, he has to move to a team that plays in the Champions League otherwise he will lose everything.”
Arsenal and Atletico are said to have already opened talks bout a potential deal in the summer transfer window.
Manager Mikel Arteta appears to be keen on the midfielder and technical director Edu has given the green light to pursue that potential transfer.
However, the Gunners may need to raise some funds should they miss out on qualification to Europe as Partey is rated in the region of £43million.
The Ghana international has been prolific for Atletico this season as he has amassed three goals and one assist in 42 appearances for Diego Simone's side.
