Kylian Mbappe admits he likes Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool
Liverpool fans are once again in meltdown on Twitter after the club confirmed an agreement has been made to make Nike their new kit supplier from next season with many hoping that means a move for Kylian Mbappe is on the horizon. The prospect of Liverpool swapping New Balance for Nike first arose earlier in the season with several supporters feeling as though a potential deal could benefit them with some of the world’s biggest footballers linked with the company.
Liverpool were involved in a legal battle with New Balance earlier in the season with their current kit supplier wanting to continue working with the Anfield outfit.
New Balance filed a claim to the High Court arguing they had activated a matching clause in their contract, insisting Liverpool had to renew their partnership.
But the Reds were able to convince edge Mr Justice Nigel Teare that the Boston-based firm were not able to match the terms on offer from Nike.
It was reported back in October that a potential deal could see Liverpool earn close to £70m per year from an agreement.

And they have started it up again with the hope the agreement can help strengthen their chances of signing Mbappe, who is a Nike ambassador.

But Jurgen Klopp last month shot down suggestions the club could go after Mbappe in the near future.
When asked about the lack of France internationals in his squad, Klopp hinted a move for the PSG striker would cost too much.
"There's no reason for it; there's no reason for it," he said. "Kylian plays for PSG [laughs].
“Griezmann has joined Barcelona. Obviously you know how good your team is. We would like a French player, but some of them are too expensive for us"
