Neymar: PSG star wants Barcelona over Real Madrid because of Messi, Coutinho and Suarez
NEYMAR would relish the chance to swap PSG for a stunning Barcelona return because of Lionel Messi, Philippe Coutinho and Luis Suarez, it has been claimed.
Neymar swapped Barcelona for PSG back in the summer of 2017, having grown tired of being stuck in Messi’s shadow.
Over a year on, however, and the Brazil international is said to regret that decision. He reportedly feels life at PSG is too easy and, as a result, he believes he is unmotivated at the Parc des Princes.
Neymar left Barcelona under a cloud, blasting club chiefs on his way out. A few Brazilians got in on the act too, with 2002 World Cup icon Ronaldo accusing the Catalan giants of prejudice.
"Barcelona have always had issues with Brazilian players: Neymar, Romario, Ronaldinho and me,” he said last year.
"We were all treated badly by the club in the end, despite all our contributions and dedication."
Neymar, though, supposedly wants to return.
And Mundo Deportivo claim that his main reason is because he misses Messi, Coutinho and Suarez.
The South American trident are key to Barcelona’s hopes of glory.
A recent rough patch against Ernesto Valverde appears to have made way, with the La Liga giants rediscovering their mojo in recent times.
Messi remains their talisman, scoring 12 goals across all competitions so far.
And Coutinho and Suarez are also central to their hopes of glory.
Mundo Deportivo say he misses seeing them all in training each morning.
And, as a result, a return to Barcelona is now a priority instead of Real Madrid.
Los Blancos have made him their top transfer target in the wake of Cristiano Ronaldo’s move to Juventus.
But where Neymar ends up remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, speaking recently, Valverde refused to rule out a move for the PSG star.
“I coached him for 15 days," Valverde replied when asked about a potential reunion.
"Any time of the season is a good one to ask these questions but Neymar is at another team, it's all speculation.
"We aren't in the market to sign players.
"It's a good topic for speculation, but we don't know what could happen. It's difficult, I don't know... We'll see."
