Who is the UK’s Eurovision 2018 representative SuRie?
Susanna Marie, who goes by the stage name SuRie, began writing songs when she was just 12-years-old ahead of her Eurovision entry titled Storm.
She also sang as a child soloist at St. Paul's Cathedral, along with performing for Prince Charles at The Royal Albert Hall.
SuRie has also provided backing vocals for artists including Chris Martin and Will Young since graduating from The Royal Academy of Music.
Although SuRie is a songwriter, her Eurovision entry Storm was written by Nicole Blair, Gil Lewis and Sean Hargreaves.

Where have you seen SuRie before?
Along with singing, SuRie is also an actress and eagle-eyed fans will have spotted her at the Eurovision Song Contest before.
She appeared as a backing singer for Loïc Nottet in 2015 and Blanche in 2017.
SuRie’s win came after the BBC battled out six singers including Jaz Ellington, Asanda Jezile, Raya, Liam Tamne and girlband Goldstone.
The singer competed in Brighton this evening to represent the UK, but was not expected to win with odds of only 9/1.
However, SuRie already has the backing of celebrities following her unexpected win.
