EASTENDERS hunk Jack Derges is to bid farewell to Albert Square it has been announced, just four months after he first appeared.

The actor is rumoured to be heading to the West End after his alter ego Andy Flynn's exit from the BBC One soap.
His character has quickly grown close to Ronnie Mitchell (Samantha Womack) to avenge his sister Danielle Jones' death.
An insider revealed: "When Andy arrived in Walford viewers didn’t realise that he was hiding a dark secret but over the past few weeks it has become clear that his intentions towards Ronnie and her family are not what they seem.
They continued: "Andy was only ever going to be in Walford for this storyline which bosses kept under wraps as they didn’t want to spoil the storyline for the viewers, but it’s fair to say there is more drama to come before Andy leaves Walford," during an interview with the Daily Mirror.

The news comes amid claims that Les and Pam Coker are also being written out later this year, as their high-profile storyline draws to a close.
Bosses are understood to have decided against renewing the contracts of actors Roger Sloman and Lin Blakely, as part of ongoing shake-up plans.
