VIEWERS tuning in to watch ITV’s This Morning were left annoyed after they noticed a spelling mistake in one of the captions.

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted the mistake underneath a cooking segment during a round-up of upcoming features on today’s programme.
The caption for Phil Vickery’s culinary feature said: “A recipe fpr the weekend”, instead of “A recipe for the weekend.”
Several members of the audience picked up on the blunder and took to social media to comment on it.
“Who spotted the typo on @itvthismorning #ThisMorning,” asked one person.

Another tweeted: “Spelling correctly is a must. Awkward. #thismorning.”
“Somebody didn't proof read! #thismorning,” wrote another person on Twitter.
The error comes only days after people spotted that “EastEnders” had been spelt wrong in a caption on Good Morning Britain.

During an entertainment feature about soaps, viewers saw that caption at the bottom of the screen that wrongly read: “Ross Kemp’s EatEnders comeback.”
This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield also flagged up that the Studio Manager’s name has been misspelt Itchie instead of Ritchie.
He posted a picture on Twitter of the mistake and the words: “Screaming with laughter in the @itvthismorning studio as we come off air.. The top name SHOULD be Ritchie!!”
This Morning is on ITV on weekdays at 10.25am.
