Emmerdale tragedy for Mary Goskirk as star teases 'it's going to get worse'
Emmerdale viewers have become suspicious of Mark Goskirk's new love interest Faye ever since she arrived in the village. However, things are set to take a turn for the worse after actress Louise Jameson teased "blood" for her character.
Emmerdale actress teases blood for her character Mary
During Monday's episode of This Morning, actress Louise Jameson sat down with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary to chat about her upcoming storyline in Emmerdale.
Louise's character, Mary came out as gay last year and has since fallen for newcomer Faye (Jane Gurnett).
However, despite meeting Mary's family, Faye is trying to scam her new love and the villagers out of money.
When speaking about her storyline in the ITV soap, Alison asked: "Mary's got herself into a pickle, is it going to get worse?"
Louise teased: "I think so. It's going to get very much worse. Blood and everything."

"Emmerdale always delivers," Dermot chipped in.
The soap star also opened up about her character as she teased what happens when Mary finds out the truth.
Alison went on: "We are so excited about Mary and what's going to happen and you've already told us there's going to be blood.
"Is it quite frustrating playing a character where she's making all the wrong decisions?"

"What I love about Mary I mean, there's not much censorship between her brain and her mouth," Louise shared. "Which is always interesting to play.
"But because she's only just come out there's a bit of her which is 14 years old so she's making all of those teenage mistakes and falling in love straight away."
"She's not listening to anyone either," Alison weighed in before the actress added: "I know and it's so obvious when she does realise.
"It's that first love and you know you see your kids go through their first heartbreak and they don't know that time is their friend and that they will get over it and they will move on.
"And I think Mary is stuck as a teenager, she's 70 and time is running out.
"So it's very complicated. I think they've written quite a layered character."
Louise went on to address the importance of the storyline, adding: "Soap is the safe place to debate dangerous issues. I think it is a really important storyline."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
