Makers Louis Moinet have inserted fragments of Jurassic dinosaur bones into the faces of the 12 limited edition watches.

The bones, believed to be around 150,000 year-old, came from a giant veg munching diplodocus which was once 90ft long and would have tipped the scales at 20 tonnes.

The Swiss firm - who've dubbed the watch the Time Explorer - have surrounded the bones with 18 carat white gold and 56 baguette diamonds.

One fan told the Austrian Times: "It's amazing that you really do have a genuine piece of dinosaur on your arm."
