Islamic State: shocking wave of beheadings after men accused of bestiality and witchcraft

BRUTAL Islamic State (IS) fighters have released new footage of the moment they stoned to death a man accused of being gay.

Reports said the man had been accused of bestiality and 'having a homosexual affair'

The blindfolded victim is led into a field in Homs, Syria before a group of more than a dozen men hurl rocks at him from just a few metres  away.

The man was accused of bestiality and “having a homosexual affair”, according to reports.

The savage attack was revealed in images published by the terror group on social media, a method increasingly used by fighters to spread their evil message.

The incomprehensibly evil act makes IS’ propaganda claims the terror group have a ‘working system of law courts’ appear utterly sick.

A second series of photos shows the beheading of a man said to have been caught spying on behalf of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad.

Surrounded by IS fighters holding AK47 rifles and with faces obscured by baklavas or scarves, the victim is shown screaming in agony as he is decapitated.

Separate images were also released of a public beheading of a man accused of practising sorcery and witchcraft.

The harrowing pictures show a blindfolded and bound man, wearing a brown jumpsuit, slumped with his head on a wooden block as a terrorist holds an 18-inch machete high in the air.

A second image shows a close-up of the man's lifeless body, with his severed head resting on his back.

IS militants have staged a number of high-profile killings in recent weeks

The latest evidence of brutal violence at the hands of Islamic State fighters suggests the terror group is ramping up its public displays of force in a bid to frighten opponents.

The shocking pictures follow daily reports of murders by the group, which claimed its first victims in Pakistan this week after three soldiers were shot dead by terrorist fighters.

In another mass killing, more than 50 men – most of whom were Iraqi police officers – were reported to have been shot dead by IS militants at a border crossing with Syria.
