Diana Ross named in Michael Jackson's will
MICHAEL Jackson's will has surfaced, which names singer Diana Ross as a possible guardian for his three children.
The document, filed with a Los Angeles court today, gives guardianship of Michael three kids to his 79-year-old mother Katherine.
But if his mother is unable to fulfill her duties, responsibility for Prince Michael I, 12, daughter Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II will pass to Motown singer Diana.
The will also places the Thriller star's assets in a trust.
A source revealed executors of the will, written in 2002, are Los Angeles-based attorney John Branca, a long-time Jackson counsel, as well as music industry executive John McClain.
