They died after an “altercation” at a house in Canterbury, Kent, at 7.30pm on Tuesday.
Two brothers, aged 17 and 20, also suffered serious knife wounds at the house and are being treated in hospital.
The 20-year-old was fighting for his life last night. Police said a 53-year-old being questioned about the attacks was known to the victims but is not related to any of them.

The female victim was named locally as 40-year-old Natasha Sadler.
Neighbour Rab Hendry, 58, said he heard arguing and saw Ms Sadler’s partner stagger outside, saying he had been stabbed in the back.
Mr Hendry tried to help the critically injured older brother.

As blood was pouring from a stomach wound Mr Hendry said he tried to staunch the flow with tea towels.
“He asked me if he was going to die,” Mr Hendry said. “And I said no, the ambulance is on its way.”
A distraught ex-boyfriend of Natasha paid tribute to her yesterday. “So sorry I wasn’t there to protect you when you needed me most. I always loved you,” he posted on Facebook.
