Just months after giving birth to her first child Reggie – a time when most mums are still struggling to get back into shape - the 29-year-old heptathlete showed off an incredibly taut, six-pack toting physique with muscles on her muscles!
And she used it to good effect qualifying for the Rio Olympics next year with a fourth place finish at yesterday’s meet at Gotzis in Austria.

Ennis-Hill fought her way into fourth place, far exceeding the Olympic qualifying mark
Because, despite spending recent months nursing her new son, she seems to have won the post-pregnancy body battle in stunning fashion.
Ennis-Hill, who won Olympic gold at London 2012, claimed the pregnancy had given her an edge in training, saying the tough task of being a new mum had boosted her endurance.
She managed a fourth place in yesterday’s qualifiers, scoring a total of 6,520 points but Canada’s Brianne Theisen-Eaton took first place with 6,808 points showing just how far Ennis-Hill has to go to regain her place at the top of the sport.

"I've still got that competitive edge, I've still got that strength to dig deep."
