One unnamed source yesterday said Andy, who last night faced Novak Djokovic in the Miami Open, and Kim had been offered a “blank cheque” for access to their wedding as it was the first major celebrity marriage of the year.

The source said: “All the magazines you can think of made offers, but Andy and Kim are not interested.

“It doesn’t sit with the kind of people they are. It’s not about money – they do not want a glitzy wedding.”

The pair were 17 when they met at the US Open in 2005.

OK! magazine yesterday stated it did not offer a seven-figure sum but would neither confirm not deny that it had made an offer.
