VIDEO: Shocking moment boy aged FOUR keys a man's car
A FURIOUS dad-of-two was keen to find out who keyed his car while it was parked outside his home - and was horrified to discover the vandal was a boy aged around FOUR.

The incident in Waterloo, Merseyside, which took place in broad daylight, was captured on a CCTV camera.
The car owner, David Draper, 37, said there were four children shown in footage from the attack on Mother's Day, with the infant responsible at the back.
Mr Draper now believes the child could be behind a spate of car keying in the area.
Nothing like this has happened before
“A young boy scratched my car in the street and was seemingly allowed to do so," he told the Liverpool Echo. "I don’t know who they are.
"I knocked on the doors of my neighbours and have discovered their cars have also been damaged as well.
“I’m hoping I’ll be able to just paint over it but it’s still damaged. I don’t recognise the older boy or any of the children.
“I’ve lived here for five years, it’s a nice area. Nothing like this has happened before."
A spokesman for Merseyside Police said: "We've been made aware of this incident and are making enquiries into it.
