I'm adoring these grapes but I think that's mostly because I just adore grapes and kind of live on them but they are tasting especially good.
The clip, from an upcoming Channel 4 documentary, shows the 64-year-old inhaling an extra-potent strain of the drug, known as skunk, from a plastic bag.
Later asked whether she was suffering the common side effect of hunger – known among drug users as 'the munchies' - the former BBC presenter said: "Do I want food? Not particularly unless its grapes.
"I'm adoring these grapes but I think that's mostly because I just adore grapes and kind of live on them but they are tasting especially good.
"I can be really boring about grapes because I just believe in them."
Ms Bond also admitted she "didn't hate" her experience of inhaling skunk.
She said: "I smoked a bit of cannabis as a student at university.
"I enjoyed the mellowing effect, the relaxation and sometimes the uncontrollable giggling.
"So the idea of taking skunk didn’t frighten me and I was intrigued to see how it differed from the weaker cannabis I used to smoke."
The reporter took part in the experiment during filming for Channel 4's 'Drugs Live: Cannabis On Trial', which will be be broadcast tomorrow night at 10pm.
The programme will also feature former Conservative MP Matthew Parris and Channel 4 newsreader Jon Snow.
Ms Bond has also appeared on cult comedy sketch show Little Britain and reality TV programme I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here since leaving the BBC in 2003.
