Is that a PIG sleeping on the floor? Terrible yet hilarious estate agent photos
FROM a toilet in a boiler cupboard to a PIG sleeping on the floor – these estate agents' photos make you question how they ever make a sale.
They are suppose to entice you into buying a property, but these truly terrible images of homes for sale would leave most people running a mile.
The shockingly hilarious pictures range from a living room draped in depressing Christmas decorations to someone SNOOZING in the bedroom.
Other humorous snaps shows what appears to be a gun next a sink and a property surrounded by four gigantic satellite dishes.
In another picture, the room in question is completely upstaged by the adorable face of a black labrador which takes up a quarter of the shot.
The unbelievable pictures feature in a book titled 'Terrible Estate Agent Photos' by Andy Donaldson.
The digital media manager, from Aberdeen, conjured up the idea after he stumbled across some awful images while hunting for a flat in London in 2013.

He started sharing the ridiculous findings on photo-sharing website Tumblr and his idea soon became a viral sensation - accumulating around 100,000 hits a day.
Mr Donaldson, 39, said: "To begin with I spent a few hours a week searching for funny or bad images for the blog, but since it went viral I am now sent pictures from all over the world.
"I get up to around 100 new images each week - and I have more than 2,000 great images saved for publication.
"The photos I am sent come from websites all over the world - from the UK, US, Canada, across Europe, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan and even Khazakstan.
"The intention of the blog is not to ridicule individual agents or agencies - it is a difficult job, and everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
"But if an agent wants to complain about their photograph being used on my website, they would have to admit that it was their photograph, and I think the estate agents prefer to remain anonymous."
The UK version of Mr Donaldson's book, published by Square Peg, sold out completely when it was released around Christmas time and a US version is set for release in April.
He is also in the process of producing a 2016 calendar for release in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
