Make-up is 8-year slog
EVERY parent with a teenage girl will know the endless hours daughters spend in front of the mirror dabbling with make-up.
But the good news is that practice makes perfect – and by the time they reach 21 women have perfected their beauty regime.
A poll revealed that a woman finds her make-up maturity age after eight years of experimenting with blusher, lipstick and eyeliner.
Almost 70 per cent of the women quizzed by Clothes Show Live said they found a look that suits them by 21, after starting at 13, and stick with the same look for years.
Former presenter of The Clothes Show, Caryn Franklin, said: “By the time a women turns 21, they seem to have learnt what suits them best.”
Top mistakes include using the wrong colour foundation.
