The 28-year-old Mexican actress has been gushing over her Spectre co-star Daniel, who is married to Rachel Weisz.

The actress called Daniel 'sexy' several times and told The Sun: "The scene is sexy and Daniel is sexy.

"He was charming. We do have a lot of chemistry, which makes everything interesting and helps when there are a lot of takes."

Stephanie is the latest addition to the 24th film in the 007 series, joining previously announced stars Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux.

The model-turned-actress will play mysterious character Estrella in the action-packed flick, with all further details being kept under wraps.

She added: "It feels like a dream come true, being a Bond girl. I feel like a princess. It’s hard to believe it when I say, 'I’m a Bond girl'.

"It’s going to be amazing, the opening sequence I’m in. I started acting only five years ago, so to be in 007 is amazing."

Stephanie, who is also set to star in the upcoming Netflix series Narcos, is best-known for roles in films Miss Bala and Pioneer.

Daniel Craig will reprise his role as the MI6 agent for the fourth time, alongside director Sam Mendes and returning co-stars Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes and Rory Kinnear as his colleagues.

Other new cast members to Spectre include Andrew Scott, Christoph Waltz and Dave Bautista.

Spectre, written by John Logan, Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, will open in UK cinemas on November 6.
