The 25-year-old Cinderella actress and her 32-year-old Doctor Who beau were pictured spilling out of a London nightclub together last night.
The pair were joined by chat show host Jonathan Ross, who looked a little worse for wear as they strolled through Soho.
Lily, who is also in Downton Abbey, looked a little camera shy as she kept her head down and made her way to the taxi.
In comparison, her boyfriend Matt and friend Jonathan were in a more playful mood and chatted away to the people of soho.
The pair drew a laugh from Lily, who walked in front of the comical couple in black skinny jeans and a sheer white top.
Carrying her leopard print handbag, the friends were seen rolling out of Prince Harry's favourite The Box nightclub at 2:30am.
No doubt they'll have sore heads this morning, looking at the fun they appeared to have had during the night yesterday.
Lily looked stylish, as ever, in a smart grey wool coat and black stiletto heels.
Matt and his Downton babe made their red carpet debut in February at the Milan premiere for her latest movie Cinderella.
Matt has previously been romantically linked to actress Billie Piper and model Daisy Lowe, but it looks like Prince Charming only has eyes for his Cinderella.
