SHE'S usually the first person to bad-mouth someone, but Katie Hopkins has shocked the nation by actually sticking up for Jeremy Clarkson.
Following Jeremy's suspension from the BBC after he had a bust-up with a producer, Katie has spoken out about the drama and disgarees with the BBC's actions.
Writing in her column in The Sun, Katie said: "Deciding to suspend Jeremy Clarkson is a little bit like hanging the Queen."
She went on to defend the 54-year-old Top Gear presenter, adding: "The nation watches in horror, the culprits look like utter gits and Britain loses a national treasure.

Jeremy was suspended by the BBC earlier this week "following a fracas with a producer" - believed to be a bust-up with Top Gear crew member Oisin Tymon.
The incident, which apparently took place after filming in Newcastle, was sparked by a lack of catering on set, it's been reported.
Amid speculation over who had informed bosses, it's been suggested that Jeremy directly contacted BBC director of television Danny Cohen about the incident.
"Clarkson suspended by BBC. I don't care what he said. Clarkson all the way. #TopGear #topbloke," Katie tweeted earlier this week, before later adding: "JeremyClarkson v @BBC Without him, the licence fee makes no sense whatsoever. Enough lefty lunacy. Get the man back on #topbloke #TopGear."
