'Is this the real world?' Jeremy Clarkson tweets snap from economy class train coach
HE'S TV royalty and it seems Jeremy Clarkson isn't used to taking public transport.
Jeremy Clarkson tweeted a snap from an economy class train coach this afternoon
The Top Gear star snapped a picture of his TV co-star James May on a train, clearly the pair were on a day out together.
Tweeting the picture he papped of James, the pair looked like they were travelling in the normal section of the train as opposed to first class.
He captioned the picture of Captain Slow: "Is this the real world?"
It would seem the duo were having some trouble getting to their destination, making a detour out of Leeds when they thought they were going through.
James May was pictured in the star's photograph
The star was clearly travelling up north, potentially to film a Top Gear special
Tweeting his followers throughout his journey, Jeremy said: "The train is going backwards. S***. I think I'm on the wrong bit of it. It's going back to London.
"Seriously, it went into Leeds forwards. There was an announcement. I didn't listen. And now my bit of the train is heading south again."
He added: "When I bought my ticket, I expected to spend a day or two in The North. Not just bounce off it."
He was clearly enjoying tweeting through his journey, something he can't usually do when driving cars.
My sister has now got off the supersonic train and annoyingly her seat has been taken by this idiot pic.twitter.com/8n5G7BjG4v

Despite being able to use his mobile phone, Jeremy begrudged the no smoking rule on the train.
He said: "We are now reversing into my destination. slower than a car, and a lot more expensive. And you can't smoke. Not sure trains work."
Last year was a tough time for Jeremy who faced public backlash after various events, including when he drove a Porsche 928 through Argentina's Patagonia region with the registration plate 'H982 FKL', which locals assumed to be a reference to the Falklands War.
It looks like the star is keen to make a fresh start and is en route to filming with James May in tow.
