Tamara Ecclestone admits she doesn't know the difference between bread and toast
SHE may be the daughter of a billionaire and attended the private Francis Holland School, but it seems there's some things that money cannot buy.
Tamara Ecclestone has admitted that she doesn't know the difference between bread and toast.
In a new reality TV show, the 30-year-old socialite is seen struggling to comprehend the difference between the two.
"Is it toast even when it's not toasted?" she asks her husband Jay Rutland whilst making him a bacon sandwich in front of the cameras.
In one scene of the documentary for new TV channel ITVBe, Tamara stands in the kitchen of their £45 million mansion in Kensington, West London, and looks bemused whilst holding a loaf of bread.
The mother-of-one admits that she can't understand the difference between bread when it's toasted and when it's not.
"This is what I have to deal with every day," property developer Jay tells the camera before trying to explain it to his wife of 16 months.
At the end of the conversation, the brunette turns to the camera and say: "I am going to Google it."
The clip is, no doubt, just one of many entertaining scenes in the documentary which is part of a series called 'Seven Days With…'
Another scene shows Tamara insisting that they call a medium to the house in order to find out why a picture of the couple hanging in their bathroom keeps moving slightly to the left.
The psychic tells the couple that it is probably being moved by Jay's deceased grandparents – which Tamara believes straight away.
"I believe in spirits and the afterlife," she says. "I don't think that when you are dead then that's it. If that makes me gullible, fine. But I like to keep an open mind. I think it's kind of cute that Jay's granny is moving the picture."
