Prince George might be on his half-term break from school, however studying will not be far from his mind as he will be revising for exams to be taken upon his return.
While he will still be enjoying the break with his family, likely at their country getaway Anmer Hall in Norfolk, he may not be able to be as carefree as his younger siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
It has been speculated that the young royal will be sitting entrance exams that may determine whether he is admitted into Eton College or other prestigious institutions for his secondary education.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told OK! magazine: "William and Kate have three children with very different demands. We know poor George has been feeling rather under the cosh lately because school life seems to be all about being tested.
"So this half-term holiday may not be quite like his previous holidays and could involve a certain amount of revision. That will be doubly hard with his sister and little brother having all the fun, but I’m sure William and Kate will find a healthy balance that will allow George to join in most of the time."

She added: "George will be their priority right now because of his exams and his future schooling to consider.
"I’m sure William and Kate are at full stretch keeping their three youngsters entertained and happy during the holidays. But I am also sure that family life is a top priority – it’s the thing that fulfils them more than anything else."
It was revealed last month that Kate will not be accompanying her husband to Singapore for the Earthshot Awards in November, as the dates coincide with George's exams and she wants to be at home to support him.

Meanwhile half-term is still an opportunity for play and mischief for the Wales family's youngest member, as Ms Bond points out: "Louis is the little kid on the block – probably getting away with murder while their parents are too busy with the others to chastise him!"
The pressure has been growing on William and Kate to find a balance between their responsibilities as parents and their royal duties, particularly as King Charles is keen to appeal to the younger generation.
A source told OK! magazine: "The King is very aware of the role the younger members of the Royal Family play in spreading the word to a wider and younger audience.
"Media and audience tests demonstrate the success of William and Kate's engagement with the younger generation through social media and public appearances. So it's important that they continue this success into 2024 and beyond."
But their children will always come first, as Robert Jobson told Daily Express US: "I think that Kate and William are having to take on an awful lot and consider it, you know, but they've been very clear that their first priority is the is also to is to be parents to a young family."
The Prince and Princess have also not been on a royal tour abroad since March 2022, when they visited the Caribbean, as the try to spend as little time away from their children as possible.
