‘Graceful and delicate’ Kate Middleton pictured dealing with Prince George tantrum
KATE MIDDLETON's regal poise has been praised by royal fans and often drawn comparisons with the Queen.
Prince George appears to be told off at Pippa's wedding in 2017
When it comes to educating her children, the Duchess of Cambridge, 39, knows when to display a stern attitude. She is not often captured by photographers giving Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis a tell off.
This makes it all the more revealing when these occasions do occur.
During Pippa Middleton's 2017 wedding, the Duchess was seen leaning over to speak to George as she made a reprimanding gesture with her hand.
The young royal, who was the page boy at his aunt’s wedding, was left in tears.
Kate was also spotted doing a similar hand gesture on a separate occasion when telling Princess Charlotte off.
It happened as the royals were preparing to board a plane a at Hamburg Airport.
Princess Charlotte had a brief tantrum that forced Kate to put on a strict attitude.
The Duchess crouched down to look at the toddler’s face and raised her finger in a disapproving motion.
However, Prince William’s wife is best known for her “graceful and delicate” ways.
Royal correspondent Kinsey Schofield once referred to Kate as "low maintenance, comes from a strong loving family, and plays by the rules".
Ms Schofield, who runs the website To Di For Daily, told the Mirror: "[Kate] is graceful and delicate and doesn't have a mean or vengeful bone in her body.
"She also doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve.
"I sometimes see Diana when watching Kate engage with children, but I think Kate is carving out her own path.
"She is taking on a more prominent role within the Royal Family without sacrificing any time with her babies, which is a joy to see.
"She is intelligent and kind and a great support system for Prince William."
