THE DUCHESS of Cambridge has shown off her thrifty side as she dressed Prince Louis in recycled dungarees previously worn by his two elder siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

In the latest pictures shared by Kensington Palace at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show, Prince Louis is dressed in some striped red and white dungarees. The dungaree shorts Prince Louis was wearing have also been worn by Prince George when he was on the Australia tour with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2014.

The dungarees were sold by Spanish brand Neck & Neck and images of Prince George wearing them five years ago caused them to sell out at the time.
There are also pictures of Princess Charlotte wearing the shorts when she was feeding the geese in 2016 near their Kensington Palace home with their Nanny Maria.
The most recent photos of the Cambridge family were taken in the garden the Duchess has designed as part of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

The young royals appeared to have fun playing together in Kate’s ‘Back to Nature’ garden, which aims to highlight the importance of nature on mental and physical wellbeing.
The Duchess looked glamorous wearing a maxi dress from & other Stories with wedges.
Speaking to the BBC, the Duchess of Cambridge said: “I really feel that nature and being interactive outdoors has huge benefits on our physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for young children.
“I really hope that this woodland that we have created inspires families, kids and communities to get outside, enjoy nature and the outdoors, and spend quality time together.”
The Duchess of Cambridge is known for recycling clothes, for example the mum-of-three wore a wool silk tailored coat-dress to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, which she had worn on various occasions previously.
The late Princess Diana was also regularly seen in her go-to outfits and even wore one green wool suit, which was deigned by Victor Edelstein, twelve times in two years.
