Rosie Huntington-Whiteley crowned Model of the Year
THE Devon-born beauty has beaten catwalk rivals Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner to the accolade.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been named Model of the Year by Elle UK.
The 27-year-old will collect her award at the Elle Style Awards next week, which are held in association with high-street giant H&M.
Rosie announced the news to her 2.8million Twitter followers earlier today.
She wrote: "So excited to be "Model Of The Year" at the #ELLEStyleAwards. Check out http://www.elleuk.com/styleawards for all the details."
Rosie is being recognised for her contribution to the industry over a career spanning more than ten years, during which time she has graced international catwalks for brands including Burberry, Prada, Givenchy and Balmain.
Rosie has long been a favourite of ELLE UK, gracing the cover for the fourth time in February 2015.
The ELLE Style Awards, celebrates the world’s most stylish stars, the brightest emerging talent and fashion’s greatest achievers.
Last year Burberry muse Suki Waterhouse collected the gong.
The ELLE Style Awards, in association with H&M, will be held next Tuesday 24th February at London’s newly opened Sky Garden in the Walkie Talkie building at 20 Fenchurch St.
