Tonight some of the world's most beautiful women walked the red carpet to celebrate Britain's equivalent of the Oscars, the BAFTAS.
And whether it was their sultry, dark eyes, bold red lips or flawless skin, celebrities such as Amy Adams, Cate Blanchett, Uma Thurman and Angelina Jolie took the prize for fantastic make-up alone.
Uma and Angelina went for dramatic eyes and soft, nude lips; Amy Adams and Maggie Gyllenhaal chose classic red lipstick while Fearne Cotton, Gillian Anderson and Cate Blanchett went for a naturally radiant look.
Meanwhile, chic up-dos predominated with the stars teaming their sleek floor-length gowns with suitably sophisticated hair.

NATURAL RADIANCE
The key to this fresh, subtle scheme is the balance between the eyes, cheeks and lips, says Shehla. Neither the eyes or lips dominate, while the cheeks have a gentle peachy blush. It's a neutral, natural look that looks great anywhere - especially the red carpet.
