After months of waiting, some Samsung users finally began receiving the Android Nougat update last week.
It appears Samsung Galaxy S7 owners who had downloaded the Beta version of the operating system were the first to get the official download.
Rumours had suggested that all other Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users would get access to Android Nougat from today.
However, it appears many still can't upgrade to Google's most recent OS.
Express.co.uk has tried to download Nougat on a number of different S7 and Edge devices with the phones not showing any availability for the operating system.
Twitter is also full of Samsung S7 owners who have tried, and failed, to upgrade.
One confused user tweeted, "Has the android nougat for Samsung S7/edge been halted? When are we going to get it?"
Whilst another messaged Samsung saying: "Is there any news when will Samsung s7 will get nougat update?
It's currently unclear when the update will go live across the UK but there are some reports that Samsung has halted its push to get everyone switched over to Nougat.

These include a number of new emoji, Google’s new GIF keyboard, and “launcher shortcuts” which adds 3D-Touch-esque features to the homescreen.
Google originally announced Nougat last Summer with the internet giant's own-brand devices the first to get access to the new features.
