Kelly loves her curves and says she feels happier with her body now she's in her 30s

Famed for her seductive silhouette and sexy curves model Kelly Brook says she is comfortable in her own skin and insists she wouldn't want to be any thinner.

"I've got rolls and boobs and I don't ever want to change," she said.

At 34 years old Kelly is more mature than some of her model competitors but the gorgeous lingerie designer is constantly proving she's still got it and is fully embracing her age.

My sex drive went up 100 per cent – I think it's the hormones and testosterone from the weightlifting

"I’ve found, when you get into your 30s you relax a bit," she said. "You start enjoying life, sex and your body – and you know how to use it.

"Once you do that, that’s when people are drawn to you. That’s the most attractive thing."

The brunette beauty who insists she 'loves' food seems to have struck the perfect balance with diet and fitness - living a healthy lifestyle without being obsessive.

"I love nights out with my girlfriends: nice food with wine or cocktails. I don’t do it every day but I don’t deny myself either," she said.

"I love burgers and restaurants where you get hot dogs and champagne.”

In terms of keeping fit the Brit is a big fan of dance, yoga and Pilates and has recently started weight training with Ashley Borden, which has boosted more than just her muscles.

"My sex drive went up 100 per cent – I think it's the hormones and testosterone from the weightlifting."

But despite stepping up her exercise regime the star, who is newly engaged to former Gladiator David McIntosh, insists that she won't be losing her famous curves.

“I have a laid-back approach to working out. I go to the gym but not religiously. I like to have clarity of mind and feel like I’ve done something good for myself just for an hour that day," she said.

"I’m not a super-skinny girl and I do love food. For me it’s not about doing 1,000 sit-ups before a photo shoot; it’s about feeling fresh."

The model insists the main reason she keeps active is because it's good for her mental health.

“We’re always talking about the inches on our hips or arms, but what really matters is the top five inches: what’s going on in your head," she said.

"Your mind and how you see yourself are more important than anything. It’s so good to have a healthy relationship with your body.”
