Small firms out do broadband giants

SMALLER broadband providers have left some of their biggest rivals languishing at the bottom of a customer satisfaction survey.

BT, Sky and TalkTalk achieved a customer score of under 50 per cent in the Which? poll, while John Lewis Broadband, Plusnet, Utility Warehouse and Zen Internet scored over 70 per cent.

However, most received just three stars for speed, with TalkTalk customers the least happy and awarding two stars.
