We only ask because the Channel 4 star has confirmed that she has bought a derelict farm in north Devon.

While most of us batten down the hatches to weather this financial storm, the Location, Location, Location presenter has been chirping about her latest buy.

She says of Meadowgate in the coastal village of Welcombe near the Cornwall border: “The property is arguably in one of the most beautiful spots in the whole of the country and I have been around all of the country.

“It is in a terrible state and I am going to renovate it, spend time with family and friends in it and rent it out to other friends and family. We already live in Devon but Meadowgate was in need of rescuing.

I am thrilled to own a property in such a beautiful spot.”

The farmhouse, which has been empty for 15 years, was put up for auction by estate agent Kivells in June but subsequently sold to the pregnant celebrity in a private sale.
