VIDEO: Want to see George Clooney in the bath?

He's renowned for making movies with a certain edge.

From staring at goats to breaking into vaults, George Clooney is not one for taking the easy route.

But could this be his most outrageous venture yet? 

A place where nothing is impossible.

That perfectly describes a world in which the silver fox and Hollywood mega-star leads Disney’s latest sci-fi adventure.

It also happens to be the tag-line for the hugely anticipated movie Tomorrowland.

The new trailer has just be released and sees the 53-year-old Oceans Eleven star blasting off into space in a bathtub.

As you do.

The trailer opens ominously with Clooney's voice-over.

"With every second that ticks by, the future is running out."

The action-packed trailer also gives audiences a glimpse of Hugh Laurie in some rather wonderful futuristic attire.

If possible, he seems even less cheery than his previous incarnation as Dr. Gregory House.

The story features a lapel pin that transports those in it’s possession to another world.

A world called, you guessed it, Tomorrowland.

This virtual world is home to a beautiful and ultramodern city where robots roam the streets and flying cars pass overhead.

A place where the brightest and best have built a seemingly perfect paradise.

Clooney is joined on his adventure by unlikely side-kick Britt Robertson. 

The young US star is currently best-known for starring in the TV sci-fi show Under The Dome and a recent role in the highly-praised Jennifer Aniston film Cake.

As she is taken to places beyond her wildest imagination by Clooney's gruff inventer, she asks, 'Why me?"

"He thinks you can change the future," growls Laurie's character.

No pressure, then.
