Lynda Carter defends Wonder Woman from Megan Fox
THE claws are out in Hollywood as former Wonder Woman Lynda Carter slams Megan Fox for calling her iconic character “lame”.
The 24-year-old actress was tipped to play the role made famous by Lynda in the Seventies in a forthcoming movie remake.
But Megan called Wonder Woman a “lame superhero” and sniffed that she had no interest in stepping into the skimpy outfit and donning the gold wristbands for the new flick.

Her comments have not gone down well with Lynda, 59, who is also set to make a cameo in the film. “To be honest, I was really offended – no, I’m teasing,” she says.
I thought her comment showed she just didn’t really get it
“I thought her comment showed she just didn’t really get it – like, who trashes Wonder Woman, right? What is there to trash?”
And Lynda added that she has hardly heard of Megan: “I didn’t really know anything about her. I think she’s beautiful and she’s got a certain look and everything but shoot, you can’t get a job if you’re trashing it already.”
