House prices still soaring

For the vast majority of homeowners lower house prices is something not to be feared. After all if tey sell there house the one they then buy would also be at a lower price.

It is only the minority who have ignored the warnings who will be hurt.

As for investors in property (as apposed to buying a home for themselves) they have taken a risk and investing is a risky business- you win some, you lose some!
