Are you fed up with the cost of fuel?
THERE WAS further misery at the pumps today as motorists were hammered with a hefty Government fuel tax hike of 2.3p-a-litre.
The price rise, which has been branded as "unacceptable" by campaign groups, will cost the average motorist an extra £60-a-year.
Average petrol prices will now stand at 107p-a-litre - a significant hike from the beginning of the year when petrol was roughly 85p-a-litre.
And there is more gloom ahead as world oil prices are to increase over the next few weeks, which could push prices at the pumps up to 110p-a-litre.
The squeeze will worsen in the New Year when VAT returns to 17.5 per cent.
