Walsh's estranged husband files new court papers
KATE WALSH's estranged husband ALEX YOUNG has asked the judge in their ongoing divorce case to dismiss an order barring him from accessing information from the actress' accountants.
The pair has been embroiled in a bitter dispute after splitting last year (08), with Walsh bidding to block movie executive Young from claiming alimony.
Executives at accounting company London & Co. subsequently filed for a protective order against Young, claiming he continues to harass them for information regarding the state of the couple's finances despite giving him all the data they have.
Now Young has filed legal documents requesting the overturn of the order, accusing his accountant of causing him "overwhelming stress" as part of the firm's attempts to smear him.
The court papers indicate Young also alleges the firm is siding with his estranged partner, reports TMZ.com.
