Amy Adams shows off incredible figure as she's honoured at Designers Guild Awards
AMY Adams looked every inch the belle of the ball last night when she arrived at the Designers Guild Awards..
The star looked stunning as she hit the red carpet in a fancy green frock, which featured a thigh high split and a plunging neckline, showing off her impressive physique.
The figure-hugging dress came complete with a scooping back and was embroidered with white and pink flowers, giving it a vintage feel.
Teaming it with a pair of stylish metallic heels and a sweeping Hollywood style hair do, the actress was certain to have turned a few heads as she posed up for the cameras.
Amy, who has won a Golden Globe for her role in American Hustle and has been nominated for an Oscar, was at the annual ceremony to receive the Spotlight Award honouring her body of work.
The accolade is said to honour those whose talent and career "personifies an enduring commitment to excellence, including a special awareness of the role and importance of costume design."
The 39-year-old - whose film was also up for the Excellence In Period Film award at the bash - was joined by a number of famous faces as she collected her award, including Olivia Munn and Judd Apatow.
Meanwhile, Amy recently broke down in tears during an interview after she was asked to speak about the late Philip Seymour Hoffman.
The actress - who starred with him in films such as Doubt and The Master - called her former co-star "beautiful" before confessing that she wasn't ready to talk about him yet.
"Sorry, I really... I just really loved him and I know so many people did. And I just don't know how much more I can talk about it right now. Sorry," she said during the chat with James Lipton on Inside The Actor's Studio.
Amy and Philip grew close when they fist acted together in Doubt, and later reunited on the set of The Master, and the American Hustle actress was among the stars who attended his wake.
Phillip was discovered on the floor of his bathroom on February 2 by his friend David Bar Katz.
