'It's a huge thing for television' David Tennant comments on Doctor Who 50th anniversary
ACTOR DAVID TENNANT can't wait for fans to see the 50th anniversary episode of Doctor Who.
The 42–year–old Scot, right, is reprising his role as the 10th Doctor opposite current Doctor Matt Smith and says it was a special few days of filming.
"Since I left the expectation had been that I'd end up in this special because there is a precedent for old Doctors coming back around the anniversary time," he says. "I was thrilled because it is a huge thing for television in general."
Talking about Matt, 31, he tells the BBC's Doctor Who blog: "To get to work with someone as talented and as quick and brilliant as Matt is nothing short of jolly good fun." We wonder if they compared sonic screwdrivers?
