Forget the Tardis! Doctor Who star Matt Smith takes a ride home in a rickshaw
HE May be the star of one of televisions most popular television shows, but Matt Smith certainly hasn't let fame go to his head.
The 30-year-old actor enjoyed a night out in London with friends last night, but rather than get a chauffeur-driven car home, the British star decided to jump on a rickshaw.
Matt and his male friend had spent the night at celebrity hotspot, the Groucho club, but looked rather camera shy as they were cycled away by the man driving.
Wearing a navy blue quilted jacket with black skinny jeans and chunky boots, Matt kept his eyes on the ground, while his pal held his head in his hands.
The 'Doctor Who' star has been spending a lot of time in the US recently where he has been starring in Ryan Golsing's directorial debut 'How to Catch A Monster,' and has also been doing some 'Doctor Who' promotional duties.
Following the announcement of the new Time Lord, Matt will now be preparing for his final time in the Tardis which will air on BBC1 around Christmas.
