Adele is top girl as she takes home six Grammys
BRITISH pop star Adele bounced back from having just had surgery on her vocal chords by taking home six Grammy awards last night.
The 'Rolling In the Deep' singer scooped won best pop vocal album as well as the show's biggest award, album of the year.
'Rolling in the Deep' won the prestigious record of the year, along with song of the year and short form music video.

The British singer also won best pop solo performance for 'Someone Like You.'
Adele won in every category she was nominated in.
She was forced to cancel her tour recently and undergo emergency surgery after persistent throat problems, forcing her to keep a low profile.
But she has made the ultimate comeback to glory performing for the first time since her surgery on the Grammy Awards stage.
