Strictly Come Dancing professional Jowita Przystal appeared in good spirits as she took herself for dinner in Dubai on Wednesday, following a busy year on the show. The 29-year-old was last on screens for the Strictly Christmas special dancing with former rugby professional Danny Cipriani, 36.

The dancing duo performed a Cha Cha to The Gang's Celebration and were awarded 37 out of 40 points from the judges. Despite their best efforts however, they missed out on the Glitterball trophy to Jamie Borthwick and Nancy Xu.

Moving on from the defeat, Jowita kicked off her 2024 with a trip to Dubai and mostly recently gave fans an insight into her solo dinner date. In a new thread, she shared multiple selfies showcasing her beauty as well as a picture of her meal. She captioned the post: "Took myself on a date."

Many of Jowita's 134,000 followers flocked to the comments section, including her fellow Strictly pro Karen Hauer who wrote: "You beauty." A second added: "The most important thing is to feel comfortable in your own company."

A third typed: "Gorgeous girl!! Hope you are having the best time you deserve it." A fourth commented: "You are so cute." Jowita's break comes after she found herself at the centre of romance rumours with Danny, who split from his wife Victoria Rose O'Callaghan in November.

While she has kept her silence on the matter, Danny shared a lengthy statement last month shutting down claims about a romance between the pair and rumours about his marriage split.

As part of the tweet, he wrote: "I separated from my wife because it was quite simply the best route for both of us.

"I didn’t cheat, no-one “saw any texts” and I’m not dating Jowita from Strictly Come Dancing (who is a brilliantly talented woman that deserves to be left alone and respected for what an outstanding professional dancer she is)."

Danny added he was trying to "avoid a war of words" about why his marriage had ended, as "no one wins" but wanted to clarify it wasn't due to infidelity.

The rugby star added if he had "committed a crime, cheated, or anything like that" he would "wear it".

He went on to tell fans he felt the need to speak out publicly to shut down "absolute nonsense gathering momentum" about his personal life.

Danny's estranged wife alluded to their split during an Instagram Q&A with fans shortly after the news was made public.

In response to an Instagram follower who asked for advice on dealing with a break-up, she hinted she saw their marriage break-up coming.

"This must be the most asked question I've got at the moment," Victoria shared.

"I knew it was coming. I'm ready for it. Acceptance, let it go with love. Embrace the pain, suffer it, let it wash over you, and feel it deeply; it's a necessary part of the process.

"Meditate, sit, with your emotions, allowing them to rise and fall, and observe their transformation and eventual release. I meditate in an acupressure mat - I highly recommend that.

"Listen to your thoughts, but don't let them define your reality; you can create your next moment."

Danny and his now-ex first got together in April 2020 and were engaged just four months later.
