Cheryl rose to fame in 2002 as a Girls Aloud member, and has been a stalwart of British pop culture ever since. From her solo endeavours to judging X Factor, Cheryl has always been on our screens. But she’s been known by a variety of names since 2006.
Cheryl was born Cheryl Ann Tweedy on June 30, 1983.
In July 2006, she married footballer Ashley Cole, and took his name: enter Cheryl Cole, her most famous moniker.
After divorcing Ashley in 2010, she married restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in July 2014, taking his name before they split in 2016.

Now, however, it seems Cheryl has decided to go back to her roots: She is legally Cheryl Tweedy once more.
Cheryl’s previous romances
2004 - 2010 Ashley Cole
Cheryl and footballer Ashley began dating in 2004.
The couple married in 2006 in Hertfordshire, signing an exclusive deal with OK! magazine allegedly worth £1 million.
In 2010, Cheryl announced their divorce after Ashley admitted to cheating on her multiple times.
2010 - 2011 Derek Hough
Cheryl dated the dancer after he starred in her music video for Parachute.
After they split, Derek confirmed the romance, saying: “We dated for a while. Absolutely we are still friends, we are still very close.”
About her next beau Tre, he said: "I haven’t met her new boyfriend but I have heard he’s a great guy. I’m not sure she has a thing for dancers but let’s say she definitely goes for creative types."

2012 - 2013 Tre Holloway
This American dancer met Cheryl during X-Factor 2010.
Speaking about her budding relationship with Tre, Cheryl said: “There is a stronger connection and a chemistry you wouldn’t have with any other dancer.
“To have that relationship is rare, to be able to have it with you and share those moments is pretty special actually.”
However, in 2013 the burden of a long-distance breakup became too much for the couple, and they split.
2014 - 2016 Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini
Cheryl married her second husband only three months after they met in Cannes.
She married the French restaurateur in a secret beach wedding, but by the following year, they had split.
Jean-Bernard later said the pressure of fame was too much for him: “I married someone who was famous, I was thrust into this mad world,” he said. “I didn’t like it.”
2016 - 2018 Liam Payne
The couple met on The X Factor in 2008 when she was a judge and he auditioned at just 14-years-old.
Their relationship became public in February 2016, just after Cheryl’s second divorce.
The couple, who have a ten-year age gap, had baby Bear in March 2017.
After the split, they said they “still have so much love for each other as a family."
